Gianluca was an exceptional tour director. We had our group of middle school students and were paired with a group of adults (some college students) and he was able to effectively handle both sets of needs/desires. He is very skilled and quielty working out compromises between disparate groups. His thoroughness and planning were exceptional--way above anything I had expected.
